You should consult your doctor immediately and stop taking Kamagra if you experience any of the serious side effects that are listed below:

• Shortness of breath, prolonged and severe dizziness.
• Severe chest pain or an irregular heartbeat (arrhythmia).
• Swelling of the ankles.
• A painful erection or a prolonged erection which can last for more than 4 hours.
• Severe nausea or angina (pain, tightness, discomfort, numbness, or tingling in the chest).
• Serious allergic reaction (manifested by difficulty in breathing, closing of the throat due to edema of larynx, swelling of the lips, tongue, or face).
