How you can burn fat cells while doing office work?

14/12/2011

Everyone is aware without exception that it takes a certain type of diet and a few hours in the workout room each day to lose extra pounds. Scientists of one of Israeli universities have concluded that this statement is not fully correct.

The truth is, fat cells can leave our body even when we are not performing any physical action. However, in order for this process to be launched, you should use a specific approach.

For many years, medics have been convincing mankind that it is due to sedentary lifestyle that the human body accumulates fat. Research conducted by Israeli scientists has pretty much disrupted this statement. Mechanical stretching, which mostly occurs during sleep or due to prolonged lack of movement, causes preadipocytes to produce fat cells and contribute to formation of fat tissue.

According to the scientists, it is not only calories that cause obesity. Static stretching signals fat tissues to produce triglycerides. Growth of fat tissues depends on how mechanical stretching is allocated throughout the body. This is the reason why sedentary people often fail to shed extra weight even though they do follow anti-obesity diets and go in for active sports.

Israeli scientists believe that those who spend eight hours each day sitting at the office table of in front of a PC have a hard time getting rid of excess pounds. This goes with those who work out from time to time too.

As of now, the scientists are trying to figure out whatever amount of static strain can be defined as healthy. The conclusion is that it is absolutely imperative that people who have sedentary occupations give work to their muscles on a regular basis. It is advisable to take extra measures, like, for example tying dumbbells to your feet and working out without standing up from your desk.
