Cherry juice may relieve you from the muscles pain
American scientists have developed a method to fight muscles pain. Sport amateurs will be able to forget about muscles pain that was considered to be an integral part of the trainings. Cherry juice will protect you from the pain in the muscles.
Anti-inflammatory features of the cherry juice were well-known before however the effect it impacts on the muscles tissue was not studied yet. Only two species of the mammals – human and horse – suffer from muscle tissue damages.
14 volunteers took part in the experiment. One half of them drink 350 g of cherry juice daily throughout 3 days before the stress and throughout 4 days after it. The others drink placebo-juice containing no cherry at all. The participants bend arm with a stress for 20 times. In 2 weeks the groups changed the arm their bent and those drank placebo started to take cherry juice and vice versa. Those drinking placebo the muscles power decreased for 22% in average when those drank cherry juice experienced only 4% decrease. In 24 hours after the stress the pain got maximum in those drank juice and those didn’t drink it experienced 2 days increase of the pain.
The scientists hope to manufacture new and safe medications against the arthritis and podagra.
