Scientists invented the weight loss prescription

American scientists listed the main recommendations that will help to get rid of the excess weight and keep in well tone.

Dieticians underlined that the person not only needs to do physical exercises but follow good balance of nutritional elements consumption.

According to the experts many people concentrates only on the one point: intensified trainings or strict diet. The doctors advice to combine physical exercises with the correct nutrition. American scientists assure that the optimal correspondence of the carbohydrates, fats, proteins and sugar consumed after the physical exercises will help you to reach the perfect results.

First of all dieticians advice to refuse the principle of these or that products elimination as this method is effective only within the quite short period of time. Well balanced nutrition is required to maintain normal weight within the long period of time.

Moreover the experts advocate the consumption of the food containing two times more carbohydrates than proteins. For instance these are toast with an egg or yoghurt for breakfast. In case this balance is broken the hydrocortisone - stress hormone is produced in the body. It lowers the body stamina and weakens the muscles. Besides the scientists offer to choose serum protein as it’s biological value is quite higher and it doesn’t contain allergens and lactose in contrast to soya bean and various concentrates. The experts also advice to refuse the products with zero calorie content and artificial sweetening that affect metabolism and body weight negatively. Instead of this the scientists recommend natural food. Furthermore American researchers ask not to forget about the bilberry, oat, oranges, broccoli, potatoes, salmon, yoghurt, nuts, spinach, tomatoes, green tea, dark chocolate and other products containing antioxidants. These substances prevent the inflammatory processes in the body, immunity worsening and stamina decrease.

As for the trainings. The scientists note not to do physical exercises when you are hungry. Thus you have to eat in about two hours before going to the fitness club. The experts ask to choose those exercises that bring joy and improve flexibility, increase the power, strengthen heart and joints at the same time with the aim to increase the efficiency of the physical trainings. The doctors advice to keep correct breath within the trainings as it decreases the stress level, stabilizes the heart beat and increases the oxygen use. Furthermore the scientists advice not to avoid long sleep as it helps to keep the person active within the whole day long.
