Agnogenic myeloid metaplasia
this term is used to describe the disease that is characterized by the replacement of the bone marrow by the fibrous tissue and blood production in such organs as liver and spleen and not in the bone marrow. This is the chronic disease as well as progressive one. Other characteristic features of the disease are the anemia and enlarged spleen.
