Cataract
is the turbidity of the transparent protein in the eyes lens. Normally some amount of it appears throughout the life. The risk of the disease is increased at the diabetes patients as they have an increased glucose level that may cause certain reactions with the proteins and the products of these reactions are not quite transparent.
